Extract the data folder inside the rar into your fallout 3 directory. --------- ---ESP--- --------- The Files are inside: "Enhanced Blood Files" folder --The following 5 esps are the main esp files and will increase blood appearance size for wounds and splatters. Not using them will use the default size instead and unique claw, blade and bullet wounds will not work. Recommend to use one. Pick 1 of the following 5 esp to move to the data folder. Do not have more than 1 of those active at the same time: The main difference between them is that they only affect blood that splatters on your screen when damaged. dD-Larger Blood.esp: Increases the screen blood size and keeps the reduced fade time. dD-Less Blood Time.esp: Decreases removal time further and keeps default blood size dD-Less Blood Time, Larger Blood.esp: Decreases removal time further and increases screen blood size dD-No Screen Blood.esp: Disables blood on screen. dD-Full Screen Blood.esp: Blood will fill the whole screen but will be removed within 0.5 seconds. Acts like a hit indicator instead(RED FLASH). Best used with the mod's default screen texture. --After a file is moved run the launcher or Fallout Mod Manager and check the box on the dD files.
